We currently accept payment by Credit/Debit cards or payment by PayPal

VAT is included in the prices shown where applicable (UK & EU).
Postage & Packing is added during Checkout and is also subject to VAT both in the UK and EU (Note:- some products may have free shipping or shipping included - See individual product page for detail)
We accept Payment by most Credit/Debit cards or by Paypal. The options are shown during Checkout. We do not accept American Express card payments at this time.

All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

We accept the following currencies -  $ (USD) if purchasing from within the USA and the Rest of the World and £ (GBP) from within the UK and € (EUR) from within the EU Zone countries.
We also take card payments over the phone if you prefer. Please see 'Contact Us' details for Telephone number
Payments can be made by Cheque, however shipping times will be extended in order for us to have the cheque payment cleared before dispatch of goods.
We are PCI Compliant and we do not store nor share your card details.
We reserve the right to amend prices of goods on our website without prior notice.

We aim to provide our products across the world so if your own currency is not showing and you would prefer not to pay in the currently accepted currencies of either USD, GBP or Euros then please contact us in the first instance via our "Get in Touch" or the Contact Us pages.

After receiving your request we may be able to offer you an alternative method of purchasing from us using the currency of your choice?

This method involves paying us securely through PayPal using either your Card or your own Paypal account if you have one. We will send you an invoice by email which will link securely to Paypal for payment and then upon us receiving and confirming that your payment has been successful your items will then be made ready and dispatched within two working days.

Warranties

The "Tee-Up" devices are protected by a 2 Year warranty.

The "BAMP" Ball Pickup is protected by a 2 Year warranty.

The "Eaze Retrieve" is protected by a 2 Year warranty.

  • This warranty ONLY covers defects due to faulty materials, faulty workmanship and is subject to normal conditions of use. 
  • This warranty does NOT  cover for loss or theft.
  • This warranty does NOT cover accidental or malicious damage.
  • This warranty does NOT cover normal wear & tear.
  • This warranty is NOT transferrable and only applies to the purchaser of the device. Evidence of purchase may be required.
  • Postage costs for the supply of any replacement parts or for a replacement device are to be paid for by the customer.

Claims will be dealt with as quickly as possible and you may be asked in the first instance to send back to us the device in question for inspection. Any return postal costs are to be paid for by the customer in the first instance but upon completion of the claim and if the claim is upheld then Northcroft Golf will refund the customer the cost of the return postage. Postage costs for any replacements are still the customers responsibility.

If any claim is not upheld then Northcroft Golf will supply the customer, upon request, the reason for the failed claim and also discuss any options available to the customer.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

PCI DSS Compliance

SecurityMetrics has determined that NORTHCROFT GOLF (2014) LTD is PCI - DSS compliant. 

We do not store customers payment card data. The data is only used at the point of sale thus allowing us to take payment for your order.
