For orders received Monday to Friday BEFORE 13.00hrs GMT we aim to process and despatch within one business day.
Orders received Monday to Friday AFTER 13.00hrs GMT we aim to process and despatch within two business days.
Currently we do not operate a weekend Postal Service, therefore orders received AFTER Friday 13.00Hrs or during any UK National Holiday may not be processed and shipped until the next available business day.
Normal Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK National holidays).

Parcels are normally despatched using Royal Mail and other competitive Courier services to deliver within Mainland UK. We do however, reserve the right to change the services used for any order thus enabling us to find the most efficient and competitive method available at the time.
If you require expedited deliveries please contact us using the form on our Contact us page.
Please contact us after a minimum of 10 working days in the event of any unexpected Non-delivery.
European Shipments
Postage
& Packing charges are added during 'Checkout'.
Royal Mail and other courier services are used to deliver qualifying products from the UK to addresses within Europe. We
do however, reserve the right to change the services used for any order
thus enabling us to find the most efficient and competitive method available at the
time.
Delivery aim between 5 - 10 working days.
Please allow a minimum of 15 working days for delivery before contacting us.
USA (ROW Zone 3) & Canada Shipments
Postage & Packing charges are added during 'Checkout'.
Parcels are normally despatched using Royal Air Mail and other Courier services on qualifying products from the UK to addresses within Mainland USA only.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels arriving in the US which may occasionally undergo delays by the custom services and thus may extend delivery times.
We reserve the right to change the services used for any order thus enabling us to find the most efficient and competitive method available at the time.
Customers from outside of Mainland USA are advised to Contact Us as additional shipping costs may apply.

Rest of the World Shipment (Zone 2)

Unexpected delays in your delivery
What we can do:-
Before a parcel is deemed lost or unduly delayed, the postal service states that a period of 25 days after the due date must pass before they will investigate any claim.
If this time period has passed and you have still not received your order then please contact us to let us know so that we may discuss the matter further with you.
Where 'tracked' services have been purchased by the customer we can contact the relevant postal service to place a 'trace' on your parcel.
'Non-tracked' services can only be dealt with once the timescales above have passed and any claim against the postal service has been successful and compensation has been received.
Upon any successful claim for compensation or if we receive confirmation from the postal service that the parcel has been lost then we will look to offer you one of the following choices:-
1. Send you a second parcel to replace the first.
Special Note :- It is still possible that you could end up receiving both packages and if this is the case we kindly ask you to refuse delivery of the second parcel as this will enable the postal service to return it to us.
OR
2. Offer you a full refund.
Hopefully you will give us the opportunity to continue to supply you with our great product by choosing option 1. above but whichever option you choose we will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as we can without any further undue delays wherever possible.
Returns & Refunds
Please Always Contact Us for any refund enquiry in the first instance and within 14 days of receiving your goods, otherwise refunds may be refused.
All products from ZeroBend Golf (Northcroft Golf 2014 Ltd) are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we (or the manufacturer) will replace the item or offer you a full refund including postage and packing provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us and claim a full refund of the price paid for the goods. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing via email/post within fourteen [14] days from the day of delivery. We will confirm your cancellation via email. The goods must then be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition i.e. goods undamaged and intact within fourteen [14] days. Customers are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us.
We advise that you use a postal service with compensation as we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in the post. Your refund may be effected in eitehr of thes two circumstances.
Taxes and Import Duties:
International Buyers (Outside of the UK or EU) – Please Note:
Wherever applicable, Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applied by the countries authorities are the buyer's responsibility.
