Orders received Monday to Friday BEFORE 15.00hrs GMT we aim to process and dispatch within one business day.
Orders received Monday to Friday AFTER 15.00hrs GMT we aim to process and dispatch within two business days.

Currently we do not operate a weekend Postal Service, therefore orders received AFTER Friday 15.00Hrs or during any UK National Holiday may not be processed and shipped until the next available business day. We hope this does not inconvenience you unduly and please contact us for further information if necessary.

Normal Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK National holidays).

Where applicable Postage & Packing charges are added during 'Checkout'
Postage and Packing is subject to VAT being added for those countries that qualify for VAT IE:- UK and EU
Free delivery may be offered on qualifying products. Please see the individual products for further details.
Parcels are normally despatched using Royal Mail or other competitive Courier services to deliver within Mainland UK. We do however, reserve the right to change the services used for any order thus enabling us to find the most competitive method available at the time.


For orders received before 15.00hrs GMT Monday thru Friday we aim to despatch the same-day wherever possible, all other orders will be dispatched the next full working day.
Our Standard 3 - 5 day delivery is free on qualifying products but you may also be offered alterntaive services for which applicable charges will be added to your order.

Large parcels may require shipment by other Courier services which may incurr additional costs and come with a delivery aim between 3 - 5 working days.

USA & Canada Shipments

Our Standard delivery is free on qualifying products but you may also be offered alterntaive services for which applicable charges will be added to your order.

Parcels arriving in the US may occasionally undergo delays by the custom services and thus may extend delivery times.

We do endeavour to find the most competitive price and service when shipping to the rest of the World and delivery times may vary.  Our aim is to deliver wherever possible within 10 working days but there may be an occasion where delivery aim timings are extended.  Customers can be advised at the time of order if requested.

What we can do:-

Before a parcel is deemed as lost or unduly delayed, the postal service states that a period of 25 days after the due date (7 days after despatch) must pass before they will investigate any claim.

If after this time period has passed and you have still not received your order then please contact us to let us know so that we may discuss the matter further with you and look to offer you one of the following choices:-
1. Send you a second parcel to replace the first.
Special Note :- It is possible that you could end up receiving both packages and if this is the case we kindly ask you to refuse delivery of the second parcel as this will enable the postal service to return it to us.

2. Offer you a full refund.

Hopefully you will give us the opportunity to continue to supply you with our great product by choosing option 1. above but whichever option you choose we will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible without any further undue delays wherever possible.

Returns & Refunds

Northcroft Golf (2014) Ltd would like to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers and has implemented the following return policy:-

We accept returns for refund or exchanges on merchandise items within 21 days of purchase based on one or more of the following criteria:

* If you are not entirely satisfied with the product.


* We despatched the wrong merchandise.


Returns can only be accepted after agreement has been made in writing (emails will suffice) with Northcroft Golf (2014) Ltd and refund will be actioned upon receipt of the goods being in good working order and in the original packaging.

Refunded amounts will be the Retail Cost of the Item(s) minus any postage & packing Costs which Northcroft Golf (2014) Ltd have incurred in sending the product.

The customer is responsible for the Return postage costs for those items being returned except for either of the following two reasons, in which case Northcroft Golf (2014) Ltd will bear the costs:-

1.  Product found to be faulty within the 21 day Money Back warranty period.

2.  If the wrong merchandise was originally despatched.


Northcroft Golf reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund if any of the above conditions are not met.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Please Always Contact Us for any refund enquiry in the first instance, otherwise refunds may be refused.

Unexpected delays in your delivery

What we can do:-

Where 'tracked' services have been purchased by the customer we can contact the relevant postal service to place a 'trace' on your parcel. 'Non-tracked' services can only be dealt with once the timescales above have passed and any claim against the postal service has been successful and compensation has been received.


Upon any successful claim for compensation or if we receive confirmation from the postal service that the parcel has been lost then we will look to offer you one of the following choices:-


1. Send you a second parcel to replace the first.


Special Note :- It is still possible that you could end up receiving both packages and if this is the case we kindly ask you to refuse delivery of the second parcel as this will enable the postal service to return it to us.


OR


2. Offer you a full refund.


Hopefully you will give us the opportunity to continue to supply you with our great product by choosing option 1. above but whichever option you choose we will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as we can without any further undue delays wherever possible.


Taxes and Import Duties:-

International Buyers (Outside of the UK or EU) – Please Note:

Wherever applicable, Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applied by the countries authorities are the buyer's responsibility.

If you require any further information then please check with your own countries customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.
