Shipping & Returns


For orders received Monday to Friday before 09.00hrs GMT we aim to process within 1 - 2business day. Orders are typically shipped within 1 - 2 business days.  
Orders received Monday to Friday after 09.00hrs GMT we aim to process and despatch within two business days. 
Currently we do not operate a weekend Postal Service, therefore orders received after Friday 09.00hrs or during any UK National Holiday may not be processed and shipped until the next available business day. 
Normal Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK National holidays).

Taxes and Import Duties:-

For all International deliveries outside of the UK.
 Import duties, taxes and any additional courier charges, where applicable, are not included in the item price or shipping cost shown on our website. These charges, if applied, are the buyer's responsibility.

European Shipments

USA & Canada Shipments

Postage&Packing charges are added during 'Checkout'.
Customers from outside of Mainland USA are advised to Contact Us as additional shipping costs may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Please always contact us directly for any refund enquiry in the first instance within 14 days of receiving your goods, otherwise refunds may be refused. All products from ZeroBend Golf (Northcroft Golf 2014 Ltd) are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them.
If they are not, providing you supply evidence of untampered unworkable device, we will happily replace the item or offer you a full refund including postage and packing provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving it.
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us and claim a full refund of the price paid for the goods. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing via email/post within 14 days from the day of delivery. We will confirm your cancellation via email.
Cancelled goods must then be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. We advise that you use a postal service with compensation as we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in the post.
Once cancelled goods are received back at our depot (in the condition stated above) we will process any return of customer funds.
